I created it from the Excel sheet. It's not downloadable, other than to save the GIF file I've provided and print it off.

Pete, have you thought about playing around with weighting the Pulse Check factors, so that it's not just a matter of adding up disqualifiers? Some of them must be more important than others. I know it'd be complicated, and there might be no way to do it, but I think it would be fruitful to think about it. This is my favorite model and I'd love to see it further refined.
