They avg less than 80 and win by less than 10... are there any stats taking into account their 1st 2 games taking place on one of their home courts? UCLA in the Final 4 model looks great on paper... but 3000 miles from home and possibly playing a true away game. It's going to be interesting.

There's not much precedent for it since the NCAA disallows teams from playing on their home floor in the tournament. Villanova also got to open at the Wachovia Center in 2006 (when they were a 1), Pitt got to play in Pittsburgh in 2002. Both of those teams advanced to the Sweet 16. On second glance, the "15 Tourney Trends" article says that teams playing less than 100 miles from home are +.202 overachievers since 2001. Keep in mind that there are only 28 (about 3 or 4 per tourney) so it's a small sample. Also keep in mind that teams playing that close to home tend to be very good teams to begin with.
